My professional journey has been shaped by more than 18 years working across global regulated industries including aerospace, medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing, quality systems, and enterprise operations. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping organizations strengthen operational performance, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement. I became deeply invested in operational excellence because I saw first-hand the impact that strong systems, disciplined governance, and practical improvement methodologies can have on business performance, audit readiness, risk reduction, and organizational resilience. My path was not built through theory alone. It was developed through real operational challenges managing complex environments, navigating regulatory expectations, leading quality and governance initiatives, driving corrective actions, and supporting transformation across international and multi-site operations. These experiences reinforced one important lesson: sustainable improvement requires both strong technical capability and practical leadership. Over time, I strengthened my expertise through Lean Six Sigma, enterprise governance, operational transformation, quality management systems, and leadership development, ultimately becoming a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and continuing my executive education through a Global MBA journey. What excites me most about teaching is the opportunity to bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world application. My goal is not simply to teach frameworks or methodologies, but to help professionals build practical capability, confidence, and the mindset needed to drive meaningful improvement and lead transformation within their organizations.
